Apple Crisp

Apple Crisp made with freshly picked New England apples topped with locally made Vanilla ice cream is to me the ultimate dessert on a cool Fall night. After a day of apple picking we came home and made this delicious dessert for that evening. My daughter loved turning the apple peeler crank and seeing the tool automatically peel, slice and core the apples in a spiral. She gets a kick out of it and I get some help with making dessert! |

These Pumpkin Muffins are super moist and absolutely delicious, and you don’t have to wait until Fall or Halloween to make them! They are good anytime of year! The muffins are topped with a cream cheese strudel topping, chopped pecans and brown sugar. The perfect healthy substitute for sweetness and eliminates the need for any icing.
