Polynesian Breeze Drink
- 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into wedges
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (if not available use canned)
- 1 cup raspberries
- cherries
- umbrella straws
Process fruits together in a juicer. Adjust taste by adding little bit of sugar as needed. Pour into festive glass, top off with umbrella straw, and cherry.
Sangria Punch Drink (alcoholic)
- 1 gallon red wine
- 4 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 oranges, sliced and quartered
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup light rum
Mix ingredients together in a large crock pot, or plastic container. Store overnight in a cool place. Just before serving add some ice. Serve with Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken and Honey Mustard Dip.
Mimosa Punch Drink
- 2 bottles chilled champagne
- 2 quarts chilled orange juice
- 12 sliced strawberries
- fresh mint for garnish
- frozen orange juice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Serve punch in a cup, garnish with sprig of mint.
Hawaiian Volcano Drink
- 1 gallon cold Hawaiian fruit punch
- 2 cups guava juice
- 2 bottles cold ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 gallon rainbow sherbet
Combine the fruit punch and guava juice, then slowly add the sherbet. Pour the ginger ale directly on top of the sherbet, which will make the punch foam like a volcano. Make sure you do this in front of the kids at the Hawaiian Luau Party. You’ll get lots of ooh-aahs from this!
