Cauliflower Peas Ginger Stir Fry Ingredients (serves 6)
- 3 tbs vegetable oil, like safflower or canola
- 1 tbs ground coriander
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 inch of ginger root, peeled and sliced into thin slices
- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into small florets (discard center)
- 2 cups frozen green peas (don’t thaw)
- 2 tbs water
- 1/4 tsp garam marsala
- salt

Cauliflower Peas Ginger Stir Fry Directions
Step 1. In a large skillet, heat oil, coriander, and cumin seeds over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cumin browns and becomes fragrant. Add the ginger and stir fry for 1 minute. Add cauliflower and peas, stir to cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbs water and then cover and let cook for 10 minutes longer.

Step 2. Uncover the pan, increase heat to high and cook stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Add the garam marsala, stir for 1 minute. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
