Spa Party Favor Face Towel – Make Your Own

This adorable Spa Party Favor Face Towel is shaped like an Ice Cream Cone and makes a great practical favor or napkin holder for a decorated party table.  Just use themed scrapbook paper to create matching cone holders and insert folded white or colored spa face towels inside.  Decorate with trim or ribbon for a polished look.  Complete instructions and pictures below.

Spa Party Favor Face Towel Supplies (1)

• Scrapbook Paper
• Download Free Spa Favor Cone Template
• 1 piece each 8 ” long ribbon 5/8 inches
• 2 pieces each 8 ” long ribbon 3/8 inches
• Hot Glue with Hot Glue Gun
• 1 wash cloth or face cloth
• 1 cone cellophane bag
• Twist ties

Spa Party Favor Face Towel Directions (1)

Step 1. Download and cut out Spa Favor Cone Template.  Cut out 1 piece of 8″ long Green grosgrain ribbon (5/8″ width) and 2 pieces of 8 ” long Green grosgrain ribbon (3/8″ width).

Step 2. Fold paper along dotted line parallel to the edge.

Step 3. Fold paper over so the two edges meet to make a cone.  Secure with tape.

Step 4. For ice cream part, fold over one wash cloth along diagonal to form a triangle.

Step 5. Lift the top layer of the wash cloth and fold over leaving about 2″ still folded from the top.

Step 6. Flip the triangle over and fold the other side back down to form a triangle again.  Now you will have a folded-in crease along the top edge of the wash cloth.

Step 7. Grab a small piece of one side of the wash cloth and roll in very small, tight rolls.

Step 8. Here is a finished wash cloth. Nicely rolled and tucked in.

Step 9. The supplies you will need to finish and assemble the project now – cone, ribbons and towel.

Step 10. The adorable favor is almost ready.  Glue green and black ribbon to the edge of the spa cone favor to compliment with your party colors.  Glue one of the 3/8″ ribbon around the top edge of the cone and use the other one to make a loop bow in the front.  Glue together with hot glue gun.

Step 11. Wrap each favor in a cone cellophane bag and close off with twist ties.  The adorable favor purse is now finished! Set at each place setting together with a Purse Candy Favor Bag to compliment your entire party decor!
