Potato Pancakes or Latkes

Potato Pancakes or Latkes
Make Potato Pancakes are a staple in German, Jewish and other European diets and can be eaten at dinners, breakfast and even as a snack.  This delicious recipe is made without onion but has lots of taste and is great for example, with pork for an Oktoberfest Party party or for a Hanukkah Celebration.
