Haunted House Set Up Directions

Step 1. Clean out garage and move out most of the stuff out. If you have shelving or tools against the walls, that is fine you can leave it up.![]()

Step 2. Roll out the Poly Vinyl roll that comes in the Halloween Haunted House Garage Kit and stick it directly to the wall using strong double stick tape at periodic intervals along the top edge of the ceiling. If you have shelving along the walls, use a suspension wire from one end to the other end of the wall to hang the vinyl instead. This suspension kit can be purchased at the hardware store.
Roll out the Cobblestone flat paper onto the floor. No need to use any adhesive.

Step 3. Place the 3 tombstones on the left of the garage and add in any of your own silhouettes, fake trees, skeletons, haunted house props, iron gate fence, etc. (not included). Place the blue and black tissue grass on the floor to designate certain areas.![]()

Step 4. When it gets darker you can add lighting, spot lights, uplights, etc. (not included) to focus on certain corners, figures, etc. This is the time to adjust lighting. Place the moon and bats that comes with the package in the center and shine a soft spot light on it.

Step 5. Optional: Set up table in front with a bucket of treats, goody bags and tray of brain jello for guests to savor. Add in optional fog light, music and scary sounds from a motion activated box. That will sure startle an unsuspecting visitor!

Step 6. Optional: Get a large flying ghost and suspend it on the suspension wire that comes with the ghost mechanism. It flies back and forth on a cable while making creepy sounds and is perfect for any haunted Halloween party!

Step 7. Optional: Get an over-sized Grim Reaper and hang it in the center of the garage. Place a tube or ring around him with streamers hanging down. Place a few blue and black tissue grass at the bottom.

Step 8. It’s finally done! Turn on the spot lights, black lights, scary spooky sounds and the fog machine. Have Fun!
